Before co-founding Teres Innovation, she held customer-facing roles across FinTech, MedTech, and ClimateTech — at Pleo, she led onboarding for over 1,700 companies, contributing to €2.5M in ARR, and at Rainmaking, she managed end-to-end customer experience for a platform serving 9,000+ users.
Anna drives strategy, operations and fundraising at Teres Innovation, bringing the entrepreneurial discipline that turns deep science into products the market actually adopts.

Dr. Seema Saini brings over a decade of scientific leadership in bio-based materials, spanning research and industry roles across India and Europe. Her expertise covers lignocellulosic biomass, cellulose-based materials, and sustainable packaging, grounded in a PhD in antimicrobial cellulose-based packaging and prior experience as a Senior Scientist and CTO.
At Teres Innovation, Seema sets the scientific direction, leads product validation, customer acquisition and is the driving force behind the company's credibility within the bio-based materials industry.
